My most recent Gelish mani is a week old, so I tried putting gems on my ring fingers to breathe a little life back into my nails.  I like the overall look of it, especially with the glitter gradient underneath, though the gems are raised so high above my nail plate that I keep catching myself messing with them!  They might end up being too much of a nuisance to keep for long.

Gelish colors are a Forever Beauty base with Silver Sand glitter on top.
